Salsify, a leader in digital shelf commerce, is seeking an operational partner for our GTM ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Manager of GTM Operations, you’ll support day-to-day commercial and services operations with a focus on coordination, staffing, and playbook maintenance across Sales, Marketing and Global Services.

You’ll use Google Sheets, Confluence, and core GTM tools to keep capacity plans current, triage requests, and ensure smooth handoffs, backed by a strong collaborative culture

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating GTM operations and services capacity planning.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.
• Ability to maintain SOPs and knowledge bases in Confluence and Google Docs.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Services teams.
• Experience supporting operations in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsabilidades

• 40% | Services Capacity Planning & GTM Coordination: track availability and scheduling.
• 20% | Request triage & coordination for GTM support requests and tool access.
• 20% | Cross-functional handoffs between sales, marketing, and services teams.
• 40% | Reporting, documentation & system coordination using Google Sheets.
• Documentation maintenance of GTM and services playbooks and guides.
• System & administrative support across Salesforce, Kimble, Gong, Jira.
• Ticket queue triage and stakeholder alignment; escalate complex changes.
• Collect feedback from leads, reps, and managers on process friction.
• Provide backup support to ensure continuous business coverage.
