team.blue seeks a Director of FP&A to lead the four-person FP&A team, owning reporting, planning, and performance measurement across a multi-brand, multi-entity group. You will ensure a coherent financial story for the CFO, ExCo, Board and lenders and drive strategic financial discipline.

You will manage the annual budget, long-range plan and rolling forecast, aligning Group Finance with business units and corporate strategy while delivering timely, accurate insights.

Qualificações

• Six-figure or higher FP&A leadership experience in a multi-brand, multi-entity business.
• Proven ability to lead a full FP&A function including reporting, planning, and performance measurement.
• Experience presenting to Boards, shareholders or lenders.

Responsabilidades
