Michael Page in Lisbon leads a fast-growing multinational organisation preparing for a potential IPO. You will work closely with the FP&A Director and CFO to shape the financial future of the group and partner with senior stakeholders across Finance and Operations.

The role combines strategic thinking with detailed financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. You will develop models, deliver executive reporting, and support IPO readiness, capital markets activity

Qualificações

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Audit, Consulting or Investment Banking.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and business partnering skills.
• Experience in multinational and fast-paced environments.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Group budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Produce executive and Board-level management reporting and performance analysis.
• Support financing, capital markets and IPO readiness activities.
• Monitor Group performance and identify risks, opportunities and value creation initiatives.
• Drive improvements in FP&A processes, reporting automation and data analytics capabilities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance and Operations to support business growth and performance.
• Support SG&A monitoring and cost optimisation initiatives.

Working closely with the FP&A Director, CFO, Executive Leadership Team and shareholders, you will support strategic decision-making, financial planning, performance management and finance transformation initiatives across the Group.
