Körber Campus Porto is seeking an experienced Senior ESM Lead to define and optimize an Enterprise Service Management framework across the organization. You will drive governance, maturity, automation, and customer value while aligning with strategic priorities.

The role requires extensive experience in ITIL-based service management, governance, and stakeholder engagement, with a track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of IT Service Management or Enterprise Service Management experience.
• Proven knowledge of ITIL 4 and governance practices.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the Enterprise Service Management framework across the organization.
• Define governance models, standards, and operating procedures.
• Align service management with business priorities and digital initiatives.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled service management adoption.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives to enhance service performance.
