Testo SE & Co. KGaA at the Albergaria‑a‑Velha site seeks an Executive Assistant / Advisor to the Plant Manager. You will act as the right hand for the Plant Manager, preparing meetings, drafting papers, and supporting strategic initiatives across R&D, production, logistics and procurement.

The role involves tracking KPIs, operating steering tools, and enabling effective communication teams-wide in an international, flat‑hierarchy setting.

Qualificações

• Completed university degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in project management, operations or consulting in an industrial or international setting.
• Proficiency with MS Office and reporting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, run, and follow up on management meetings, workshops and site visits.
• Draft decision papers, presentations, and executive summaries.
• Support HR in workforce planning, onboarding and training.
• Coordinate projects across multiple functions and partners.
