Testo SE & Co. KGaA in Portugal seeks a Project Manager to own international development projects across hardware, software, and quality. You will coordinate with headquarters in Germany and development in China, ensuring the product's holistic success.

Qualificações

• Requires several years of project management experience in industry with hardware and software development, preferably embedded software.
• Excellent systems thinking and ability to assess dependencies across subsystems.
• Solid technical overview across engineering disciplines and ability to challenge input.
• Fluent English is required for international projects.
• Strong communication skills across all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Own international development projects and coordinate with teams in Germany and China.
• Lead cross-functional teams across hardware, software, quality, production, and product management.
• Maintain a system-level view of the product and identify systemic risks.
• Critically evaluate progress reports, quality assessments, and dependencies.
• Manage risks proactively and define concrete mitigation measures.
• Present status and proposals to top management clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Communicate effectively at all levels, from engineers to the board.
