CTS Group is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to strengthen relationships with data centre operators, consultants, investors, and partners across Europe. The role focuses on demonstrating CTS’s engineering excellence and integrated delivery capabilities rather than traditional sales.

You will engage with executive leadership, engineering teams, programme managers, and technical decision-makers to position CTS as the preferred engineering and delivery partner for data centre projects

Qualificações

• Exceptionally credible technically with broad data centre knowledge.
• Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills.
• Experience engaging with executive leadership and engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain long-term executive relationships with hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, AI, cloud, and mission-critical data centre operators across UK, Ireland, and Europe.
• Establish CTS as a trusted engineering and project delivery partner with senior leadership, engineering directors, programme managers, and executive stakeholders.
• Engage regularly with consultants, engineering practices, developers, investors, contractors, and infrastructure stakeholders to strengthen CTS’s market presence.
• Promote CTS’s integrated engineering, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, and digital delivery capabilities across the European market.
• Provide high-level technical guidance during early project planning and feasibility discussions and position CTS as an advisor for complex engineering challenges.
• Represent CTS at conferences, technical forums, industry events, executive roundtables, and client workshops.
