Keenfinity seeks a Commercial IT Product Owner to define and deliver the roadmap for our commercial IT landscape, including CRM, customer portal, e-commerce, CPQ, and analytics. You’ll bridge business stakeholders with IT delivery teams, translating ambitions into epics, stories and measurable outcomes.

The role requires 5–10 years in product ownership or related fields, experience with CRM platforms, and strong analytics and governance capabilities.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Applications, CRM or Digital Commerce.
• Experience owning or delivering commercial applications such as CRM, customer portals, e-commerce, CPQ.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into roadmaps, backlogs and delivery plans.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the strategy and roadmap for the commercial application portfolio.
• Translate commercial objectives into platform capabilities, releases and outcomes.
• Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on value, impact, risk and capacity.
• Create transparency on roadmap status, dependencies and trade-offs for leadership.
• Own backlog for CRM, Portal, E‑Commerce, CPQ and related platforms.
• Translate requirements into epics, features and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Prepare backlog items for delivery teams and ensure clarity and testability.
• Support sprint planning, refinement and release planning.
• Balance short-term requests with long-term maintainability.
