Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
• Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales teams to drive growth.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Provide assistance across administrative and operational tasks such as data entry and updating internal systems.
