CONTISYSTEMS in Portugal is seeking a Business Consultant to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients. You will understand each customer's business model and identify opportunities for improvement, delivering tailored recommendations that enhance processes.

You will spot cross-selling and upselling opportunities by presenting value-driven proposals that showcase Contisystems’ technological strengths.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in customer management and business development.
• Knowledge of ICT is highly valued.
• Proficiency in state-of-the-art CRM platforms.
• Strong communication and active listening with consultative selling.
• Ability to analyze, organize and plan.
• Ability to work under pressure and focus on results.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Availability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the customer, understand their business model, and identify potential opportunities for improvement.
• Provide recommendations that address customer needs and promote process optimization.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities by presenting customers with proposals that add value to their business and demonstrate the technological strength of Contisystems’ solutions and products.
• Develop proposals, establish action plans, make forecasts, and critically analyze the entire sales cycle.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other organizations to manage and ensure that customer expectations are met.
