Springer Nature Portugal, Unipessoal LDA is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Business Architecture & Integration team within the Portfolio & Governance Office. You will drive discovery activity, support investment decisions, and guide strategic initiatives by clarifying problems, evaluating opportunities and enabling informed decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in business analysis, strong English, and solid skills in financial modelling, business cases and requirement

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business, finance or technology; 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; experience creating business cases and requirements documentation.
• Experience delivering change across global, cross-functional initiatives and multiple methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Lead end‑to‑end discovery, analysis and option evaluation for complex initiatives.
• Create investment cases with strategic alignment, value, risks and benefits.
• Support governance, portfolio decisions and technology initiatives with evidence.
• Engage stakeholders across business and technology functions to drive alignment.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in BA disciplines.
