Springer Nature is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis across Delivery Operations and Strategy. You will work on initiatives aligned with technology strategy, drive operational excellence, and partner with cross-functional teams across multiple global locations, including Lisbon.

Some travel will be required. You will collaborate with senior leaders to shape roadmaps, budgets and resources, applying systems thinking and structured analysis to deliver measurable outcomes

Qualificações

• Seven+ years experience in programme or portfolio level analysis.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of agile, Lean and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex business analysis activities delivering actionable recommendations and technology solutions aligned to strategic objectives.
• Drive discovery, prioritisation and governance for investment cases and roadmaps.
• Foster stakeholder workshops and decision forums to align requirements and priorities.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, procurement and delivery teams on solution design and viability.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to the business analysis community across the organisation.
