Springer Nature Group in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Researcher Platform teams within SN Digital. You will work in an agile cross-functional delivery team, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and support data-driven decision making.

You will drive process improvements and help shape how researchers discover and access content.

Qualificações

• Experience in working with teams to deliver software in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to analyze data to inform decisions and improve products.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with stakeholders to understand goals and scope new work.
• Facilitate ceremonies and workshops to generate ideas and resolve problems.
• Collaborate with product managers, sponsors, SMEs and team during development.
• Map information flows and analyse user journeys within a complex digital estate.
• Capture and maintain requirements in Jira and ensure up-to-date tracking.
