Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in a complex environment, preferably financial services.
• Knowledge of Front Office and Middle Office workflows, including P&L, trading, valuation, booking, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, including credit derivatives, interest rate derivatives, cash, FX, and options.
• Experience in testing and mapping business processes and protocols.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• French language skills (B2) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business and user needs into detailed functional specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.
• Develop test cases and contribute to automated non-regression testing.
• Validate solutions with end users and ensure requirements are met.
• Participate in workload estimation for development and testing activities.
• Coordinate production deployment activities and ensure smooth implementation.
• Contribute to incident resolution by analyzing systems and troubleshooting issues.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Develop a deep understanding of the applications supporting business processes.
