Nimber is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 6–9 years of experience for our Lisbon Hybrid team. You will gather and translate Front Office and Middle Office needs into detailed functional specifications, collaborate with development teams, and design and execute tests focusing on P&L and risk impacts.

You will support production deployments, provide third‑level support, and maintain documentation using JIRA and Confluence.

Qualificações

• 6–9 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Financial Services or Financial Markets.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office and Middle Office workflows, including P&L and trading processes.
• Good understanding of financial products: credit derivatives, interest rate derivatives, cash, FX, options, swaps, CDS, bonds, repo, money market products.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and translate Front Office business needs into detailed functional specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests, focusing on P&L and risk impacts.
• Contribute to the automation of non-regression testing with technical teams.
• Participate in workload estimation for development and testing activities.
• Coordinate production deployment activities and support successful delivery of solutions.
• Provide third-level support, including system analysis, incident follow-up, troubleshooting, and resolution monitoring.
• Maintain documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
• Develop and maintain understanding of applications, business processes, and IT landscape.
