Job summary

Fyld is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to strengthen reliability, automation and operational excellence across platforms. You will collaborate with software, infrastructure and security teams to design scalable, resilient systems and implement best practices in monitoring and incident response.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in a related field and proven SRE/DevOps experience, with hands-on work on Kubernetes, cloud platforms, IaC and observability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Proven SRE/DevOps/Platform experience.
• Strong understanding of availability, reliability, scalability and resilience.
• Experience with SLIs/SLOs/SLAs and error budgets.
• Hands-on observability: metrics/logs/traces/alerts.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK or equivalents.
• Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Kubernetes and Docker in production.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform/OpenTofu/Ansible.
• Automation and scripting in Python/Go/Bash/PowerShell.
• Incident management, RCA and preventive actions.
• Networking fundamentals; TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing; CI/CD familiarity.
• English fluency.
