Job summary

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Porto team. You will design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure and drive automation across deployment, monitoring, and incident response.

You will collaborate with development to ensure services are resilient, observable, and secure, applying IaC, CI/CD, and cloud best practices in a fast-growing international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
• Proficient with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Scripting in Python/Go/Bash for automation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation for deployment, monitoring, and management of infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve reliability, scalability, and observability of systems.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Manage cloud resources, security controls, and compliance across environments.
• Participate in incident response and disaster recovery planning.
