Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer/SRE in Coimbra, Portugal to design, build, and maintain cloud environments including infrastructure as code, Kubernetes deployments, and observability tooling.

Key responsibilities include provisioning cloud infra with Terraform, deploying production Kubernetes clusters, and developing Python tooling for automation, with strong emphasis on outages, HA, and DR planning.

Qualifications

4+ years designing and operating infrastructure on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Proven Terraform experience for infra as code.
GitOps experience with ArgoCD or Flux for automated deployments.
Production Kubernetes clusters experience.
Python programming for infrastructure automation.
Experience with Grafana dashboards, Thanos, Tempo for observability and tracing.
HA and DR design and testing experience.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and GitOps workflows.
Deploy, configure, and operate production Kubernetes clusters.
Develop Python tooling for automation and platform integrations.
Maintain observability stack with Grafana, Tempo, Loki, and Thanos.
Design and test High Availability and Disaster Recovery strategies.
