You will work on managing network systems and apply Site Reliability Engineering principles to enhance operational efficiency. Qualificações

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure or system engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience managing servers, networks, and core IT services.
• Experience operating and supporting Network Management Systems (NMS).
• Experience in a 24/7 operational environment is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operation of IT infrastructure.
• Apply Site Reliability Engineering principles in network management.
• Review applications and conduct initial calls with applicants.

Role Summary

The main responsibility is to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operation of the company’s IT infrastructure and network management systems, applying Site Reliability Engineering principles.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure or system engineering roles
• Hands-on experience managing servers, networks, and core IT services
• Experience operating and supporting Network Management Systems (NMS)
• Experience working in a 24/7 operational or mission-critical environment is an advantage

Specialized Knowledge

• IT infrastructure architecture and operations
• Network Management Systems and network monitoring
• Anti-DDoS protection principles and solutions.
• DHCP and DNS server administration
• Server, storage, and virtualisation technologies
• Basic understanding of IT security and access control

Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and operational reliability
• Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities
• Structured and proactive approach to system maintenance
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
