Philip Morris International is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central specialist to design, configure, and optimise HRIS solutions for global deployment. The role focuses on ensuring compliant processes, reliable employee data, and seamless integrations across the HR technology landscape.

You will lead global implementations and collaborate with P&C, IT, and external partners to deliver end-to-end solutions, while maintaining data governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central design and configuration.
• SAP Employee Central certification is a nice to have
• Experience with Benefits is strongly preferred, while Compensation Management expertise is also considered a plus
• Experience delivering global HRIS implementations, enhancements, and integrations
• Knowledge of HR processes, data governance, security, compliance, and benefits administration
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Impact You Will Own
