Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking an experienced Cloud Platform Engineer to design and operate enterprise AWS services across remote and hybrid settings in Portugal and Poland. The role emphasizes scalable cloud infrastructure, security, and automation.

You will implement Terraform, CloudFormation, and Crossplane to deliver scalable platforms, collaborate with global teams, and drive best practices in CI/CD and platform engineering. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on AWS cloud architecture design and development.
• 4+ years of Python software engineering experience.
• Advanced experience with Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD and platform engineering concepts.
• Experience with Windows and Linux systems administration.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, privacy, and distributed systems.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Frontend development experience.
