Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Consultant to design, configure and deliver Employee Central and Benefits solutions across global operations. This role requires deep knowledge of HR processes, data governance and compliance, with broad collaboration across IT, P&C and external vendors.

You will lead end-to-end implementations, ensure data quality, drive standardisation, and support governance initiatives while delivering scalable, secure HR

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• SAP Employee Central certification is a nice to have
• Experience with Benefits is strongly preferred; Compensation Management is a plus
• Experience delivering global HRIS implementations, enhancements, and integrations
• Knowledge of HR processes, data governance, security, compliance, and benefits administration
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimise Employee Central and Benefits solutions, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, standardised HRIS solutions aligned with the HR technology roadmap.
• Lead global implementations, enhancements, testing, releases, and adoption activities.
• Partner with P&C, IT, vendors, and integration teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery.
• Support governance, data quality, compliance, reporting, and complex issue resolution.

Impact You Will Own

• Deliver scalable SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Benefits solutions that support global business needs.
• Ensure reliable employee data, compliant processes, and seamless integrations across the HR technology landscape.
• Drive standardisation, continuous improvement, and an enhanced employee experience globally.

What you'll do
