Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Data-Driven Consultant.
• Proven ability to write and execute complex SQL queries.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and writing functional specs.
• Experience in testing, QA, and data validation activities.
• Fluent French (B2+) for stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of financial systems or lease applications is a plus.
• Agile experience with international teams.

As a Senior Business Analyst (Data & Functional), you will be working for our client in the financial services industry, focusing on enhancing Lease Applications systems. You will help drive innovation by translating complex business needs into actionable technical solutions and ensuring data integrity across financial software platforms, enabling smarter decision-making and operational excellence.

Your main responsibilities: Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define detailed functional and data requirements for lease application processes.

Translate business needs into clear, comprehensive technical specifications and use cases for development teams. Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems. Map current ("as-is") business processes and data flows;

design optimized "to-be" models to improve system efficiency and workflow reliability. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), executing data validation with SQL, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

Document functional specifications, operational procedures, and user guides in French, supporting end-user training and stakeholder communication. Monitor project milestones, manage backlog priorities, and facilitate smooth cross-team collaboration during software implementation. Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting for lease application systems post-deployment. You're ideal for this role if you have: 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Data-Driven Consultant.

Proven expertise in writing and executing complex SQL queries independently. Strong proficiency in requirement gathering, process mapping, and functional specification writing. Experience in testing, QA, and data validation activities. Fluent French language skills (minimum B2) for stakeholder communication. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. It is a strong plus if you have: Knowledge of financial systems, lease applications, or related banking processes. Certifications in Business Analysis or Data Analysis.

Experience working in agile environments within international teams. Language required for the role: Fluent French (B2 or higher) Eligibility to work in Europe: Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.
