Rdn Cons is seeking enthusiastic Spanish-speaking candidates for an entry-level customer support role in Portugal, starting in Lisbon with relocation opportunities if needed. You will join an international team supporting a leading travel and accommodation platform, assisting customers with enquiries, reservations, and service-related issues.

• Spanish C2, with at least C1 proficiency in written and spoken communication.
• English B2. EU citizenship is mandatory.
• High school diploma.
• Currently living in Portugal or willing to relocate to Lisbon.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to provide a clean criminal record.
• No previous experience required – fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email and live chat.
• Assist customers with travel bookings, accommodation enquiries and service-related issues.
• Investigate customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Mediate between customers and service providers when necessary.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
