RDN CONS is seeking enthusiastic, Spanish-speaking candidates for a customer support role in Portugal. Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome.

You will join an international team supporting a leading travel and accommodation platform, assisting customers with enquiries, bookings and service issues. This full-time, on-site role in Lisbon offers paid training and ongoing professional development in a multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Spanish C2 with strong written and spoken skills.
• English at least B2.
• EU citizenship required.
• High school diploma is required.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Lisbon.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills.
• Clean criminal record required.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates welcome.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email and live chat.
• Assist customers with travel bookings, accommodation enquiries and service-related issues.
• Investigate customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Mediate between customers and service providers when necessary.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.

Your Qualifications

• English B2.
• EU citizenship is mandatory.
• High school diploma.
• Currently living in Portugal or willing to relocate to Lisbon.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to provide a clean criminal record.
• No previous experience required – fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage.
