Job Description We are partnering with a leading outsourcing consultancy to recruit Spanish-speaking Social Media Content Moderators to support a major global social media platform. This is a fully on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal, where you will join an international team dedicated to keeping digital communities safe, reliable, and positive for millions of users.

Your Role

• Review flagged digital content—including text posts, images, videos, and ads—ensuring full compliance with platform safety policies in Spanish and English.

• Evaluate advertising campaigns to detect misleading, fraudulent, or harmful material before it reaches users.

• Investigate community violation reports using internal review tools and determine appropriate corrective actions.

• Document moderation decisions accurately and flag recurring content trends or policy edge cases.

• Work alongside internal policy and quality assurance teams to handle complex escalation cases.

• Stay updated on evolving community standards, safety guidelines, and local market sensitivities.

Your Qualifications

• Spanish proficiency at C1 level or higher, with solid professional English skills (B2 level).

• High attention to detail, objective judgment, and the discipline to apply established policies consistently.

• Resilience and emotional maturity to handle potentially sensitive, explicit, or stressful online material professionally.

• Collaborative mindset and comfort working within a structured, metrics-guided operations setting.

• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate, with full availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
