Job summary

WTW is seeking an HR Services Delivery Specialist for the Spanish market based in Lisbon. You will support Spain-focused HR operations, lifecycle admin, and case management with a strong focus on Spanish-language service delivery and compliant processes.

You will collaborate with Regional HR, Payroll, Employee Relations, HRIT and Global Process Owners to ensure consistent service delivery, accurate case notes, and effective handoffs within a hybrid Lisbon framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in HR Operations, Shared Services or admin support.
• Strong hands-on HR administration and data management experience.
• Experience with HRIS and case management platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle or ServiceNow.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage Spain-related HR cases and transactions with ServiceNow within defined SLAs.
• Provide accurate, professional support in Spanish and English using SOPs and templates.
• Audit, document, and hand off HR cases with complete notes and next steps.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HRIT and regional teams for data changes and approvals.
• Contribute to knowledge base and process documentation for Spain.
