Minor Hotels is seeking a skilled Sommelier for our Tivoli Hotels & Resorts property in Portugal. You will lead the wine service, ensure guests receive impeccable wine pairings, and contribute to a premium dining experience.

We are looking for proven sommelier experience, wine stock management, and excellent English. The position requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability and offers the opportunity to work within an international team across Minor Hotels' Europe & Americas network.

Qualificações

• Proven sommelier experience and wine stock management.
• Good level of English, written and spoken.
