Experimental is opening La Compagnie Porto and seeks an experienced Head Sommelier to lead wine service across the hotel’s venues. You will train staff, design wine menus with the Executive Sommelier, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through knowledgeable, precise service.

You will manage wine lists, stock, and deliveries while hosting tastings, events, and tastings to elevate the wine program. Portuguese & English proficiency is essential.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as Head Sommelier in a high-end restaurant or bar.
• Knowledge of Portuguese and international wines with passion for hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise wine service with consistency and excellence.
• Support restaurant Sommelier with wine service.
• Lead wine bar team on floor during service.
• Conduct regular wine tastings and training.
