Job summary

Jobgether in Portugal is seeking a customer-focused Solutions Engineer to bridge business needs with technology. You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to design tailored solutions, including AI-powered tools, and guide opportunities from discovery to implementation.

You will help shape product roadmap by identifying recurring needs, develop reusable sales resources, and maintain strategic relationships after the sale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role such as Solutions Engineering, technical sales, consulting, product management, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical solution architectures.
• Experience scoping and pricing projects or opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives during client discovery to understand business challenges and objectives.
• Design tailored solution architectures aligning customer needs with products, services, and AI tooling.
• Define scope, pricing, and commercial proposals for systems opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and creative teams to validate feasibility and ensure proposals are technically sound.
• Guide opportunities through internal technical review before engineering resources are assigned.
• Coordinate transitions to AI Deployment Strategists with clear documentation and guidance.
• Maintain relationships with strategic enterprise accounts post-sale as a trusted technical contact.
• Identify recurring customer challenges to inform product roadmap and service development.
• Develop reusable discovery, scoping, pricing templates, and proposal materials.
• Deliver internal training to Account Executives and Managers to identify and develop opportunities.
