Decskill is growing and seeks a Solution Architect to design end‑to‑end, mission‑critical technical solutions for major European airport customers. Qualificações

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end technical solutions in complex, regulated environments.
• Solid background as a Solution Architect or Network/Infrastructure Architect.
• Strong expertise in cloud and hybrid architectures, including secure network design, IAM, firewalls, certificates, OS/device hardening, and vulnerability management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Azure or GCP acceptable), including cloud networking fundamentals.
• Experience designing and supporting mission-critical, 24/7 operational systems.
• Exposure to multi-site rollouts, hardware/software deployments, and edge device integrations.
• Good understanding of automation and DevOps practices, including scripting (Python, shell), CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile delivery.
• Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability platforms (Elastic stack is a plus)

Mission

This mission supports the design and delivery of end‑to‑end, mission‑critical technical solutions for major European airport customers. The environment is highly regulated, operationally sensitive, and requires 24/7 availability, strict security compliance, and seamless integration across software, network, hardware, and cloud components.

The mission is executed in close collaboration with global engineering, infrastructure, and delivery teams, and plays a central role in pre‑sales activities, customer workshops, solution definition, and deployment governance, ensuring full alignment with Amadeus security, cloud, and enterprise standards.

Responsabilities:

• Defining secure, scalable architectures translating business and operational needs into mission‑critical 24/7 environments;


• Designing and managing cloud & hybrid infrastructures (AWS, networking, security, on‑prem connectivity) for airport ecosystems;


• Leading security and compliance activities, including security tooling, penetration testing, and customer security assessments;


• Supporting pre‑sales, deployments, migrations, and upgrades, contributing to RFPs/RFIs and technical estimations;


• Collaborating with global engineering and delivery teams, automating operations and sharing best practices across projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end technical solutions in complex, regulated, multi‑stakeholder environments (e.g. airports, transport, banking, healthcare, telecom).


• Solid background as a Solution Architect or Network / Infrastructure Architect, ideally in large, global, matrix organizations.


• Strong expertise in cloud and hybrid architectures, including secure network design, IAM, firewalls, certificates, OS/device hardening, and vulnerability management.


• Hands‑on experience with AWS (Azure or GCP acceptable), including cloud networking fundamentals.


• Experience designing and supporting mission‑critical, 24/7 operational systems.
