Job summary

Siemens Energy's Omnivise Ecosystem Solutions team seeks a Solution Manager (f/m/d) for Lean Fleet Solutions to simplify remote operation and management of power generation fleets. You will shape strategies, manage budgets, and guide offerings across their lifecycle from a centralized hub.

You’ll translate market needs into prioritized roadmaps, drive solution commercialization, and work with global teams to deliver scalable, value-driven digital solutions for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital solution management, product management, business development, and delivery of software-enabled solutions.
• Strong expertise in investment case development, pricing strategy, business model design, and go-to-market planning.
• Translate customer and operational requirements into solution strategies, scalable offerings, and business value propositions.
• Strong knowledge of control, SCADA, digital, and software solutions with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience leading complex initiatives and stakeholder alignment within global organizations; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own Lean Fleet Solutions strategy, roadmap management, and lifecycle governance.
• Manage solution commercialization and PLM processes from ideation to market launch.
• Assess market potential, perform competitive analysis, define differentiated value propositions and business models.
• Consolidate customer and regional requirements with Customer Solution Managers and Architects; support complex opportunities with standardized concepts.
• Develop integrated solution architectures with solution architects and product teams, leveraging controls and analytics.
• Define, monitor, and evaluate solution KPIs to support roadmap prioritization, investment planning, and business decisions.

As the Solution Manager (f/m/d) for Lean Fleet Solutions, you will simplify and enhance the remote operation and management of power generation fleets. You will connect digital solutions that empower customers to monitor, analyze, and operate multiple power plants from a centralized location. With a global responsibility, you will define solution strategies and roadmaps, drive innovation, manage budgets, and guide offerings throughout their lifecycle. Collaborating with a diverse, cross-functional network, you will transform operational expertise into scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Ownership of Lean Fleet Solutions strategy, roadmap management, and lifecycle governance, including translation of market and customer requirements into prioritized business and solution roadmaps
• Management of solution commercialization and PLM processes, including alignment of economic, technical, and operational aspects from ideation through market launch and lifecycle support
• Market potential assessment, competitive analysis, and definition of differentiated value propositions and sustainable business models
• Consolidation of customer and regional requirements in collaboration with Customer Solution Managers and Architects, including support for complex business opportunities through standardized solution concepts
• Development of integrated solution architectures in collaboration with solution architects and product teams, leveraging controls, connectivity, and analytics capabilities
• Definition, monitoring, and evaluation of solution KPIs to support roadmap prioritization, investment planning, and business decision‑making

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital solution management, product management, business development, and delivery of software‑enabled solutions
• Strong expertise in investment case development, pricing strategy definition, business model design, and go‑to‑market planning
• Translation of customer and operational requirements into solution strategies, scalable offerings, and business value propositions
• Strong knowledge of control, SCADA, digital, and software solutions, combined with cross‑functional collaboration capabilities
• Experience in leading complex initiatives and stakeholder alignment within global organizations, supported by fluent English communication skills

Our Gas Services division offers Low‑emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
