Job summary

Rydoo is seeking a Solution Engineer for Expense Management in the DACH region. You will drive technical pre-sales strategy, partner with sales, and become the product authority on calls and client engagements.

You will collect requirements, design solutions, present demos, and run PoCs to prove capabilities. Travel to client sites and Rydoo offices will be needed to connect with teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in Solution Engineering or Pre-Sales.
• Degree in CS, engineering, IT or related.
• Experience with SaaS and integrations via REST APIs.
• Knowledge of ERP / iPaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to close opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge on calls and become the go-to expert.
• Connect with IT and Finance stakeholders during decision-making to ensure buy-in.
• Collect integration and product requirements, design practical solutions.
• Build and present product demos and answer technical questions.
• Conduct Proof Of Concepts (PoCs) to validate requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align Product and Sales.
• Work with Customer Success to ensure smooth implementation.
• Support tender/bid processes with technical insights.
• Provide prospect feedback to Product to influence roadmap.
• Evangelise Rydoo during trade shows via demos.
