Capgemini Engineering seeks an experienced Solution Engineer specializing in Autonomous Networks Assurance and cloud-native management platforms. You will design, integrate, and deploy cloud-based EMS/NMS solutions, translating customer needs into scalable architectures and collaborating with global teams.

The role emphasizes solution customization, automation, and strong support across testing, deployment, and customer engagements in complex telecom environments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Autonomous Networks Assurance domain products and solutions, and Telecom OSS, EMS/NMS.
• Experience delivering solutions in large-scale telecommunications environments.
• Proven track record working with cloud-native and containerized platforms.
• Proven experience in Cloud-based EMS/NMS development environments.
• Strong understanding of Network Management and Assurance architectures.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and integrate cloud-based EMS/NMS and Network Assurance solutions.
• Support the implementation of Autonomous Networks Assurance platforms and applications.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectures.
• Participate in solution customization, feature configuration, and integration activities.
• Collaborate with product, development, and operations teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Develop and integrate APIs and interfaces using industry-standard protocols and technologies.
• Implement automation workflows and orchestration capabilities to improve operational efficiency.
• Support data collection, normalization, parsing, and correlation across multiple network domains.
• Contribute to cloud-native deployments and containerized application environments.
• Perform functional, integration, and system testing activities.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Support customer acceptance testing and production deployments.
• Provide technical support during critical project milestones and customer escalations.
• Present solution architectures and technical recommendations.
• Work closely with global delivery, engineering, and product development teams.
• Support pre-sales and solution consultation activities when required.

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Solution Engineer with strong expertise in Autonomous Networks Assurance solutions and cloud-native management platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in OSS/EMS/NMS development, network assurance technologies, cloud platforms, and telecom network domains.

The Solution Engineer will be responsible for solution design, integration, customization, deployment support, troubleshooting, and customer engagement activities within complex telecommunications environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Development
  • Design, develop, and integrate cloud-based EMS/NMS and Network Assurance solutions.
  • Support the implementation of Autonomous Networks Assurance platforms and applications.

YOUR PROFILE
