SOFYNE is seeking a Consultant to provide global support for MES projects, from design through deployment and post go-live support. You will deploy, configure and test the solution, manage site support, and handle small change requests to the application.

The role requires IT background with SQL, JavaScript and C#, and offers training during the first month. French fluency is required and there is a 24/7 shift component, with offices across Europe including Porto.

Qualificações

• Degree in Supply Chain or Manufacturing IT Engineering.
• Experience with MES/LEs implementations is a plus.
• Fluency in French (written and spoken) required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client expectations for support priority and lifecycle (L2/L3).
• Provide technical assistance to key users deploying the solution at each site.
• Support sites already in production and perform issue analysis for definitive fixes or workarounds.
• Oversee corrective code for maintenance activities and manage releases and deployments.
• Handle change requests and audits across sites; contribute to tool/process improvements.
• Build a knowledge repository for support queries and fixes and participate in 24/7 shift support.

This role contributes to success of SOFYNE by providing global support services to our customers for Manufacturing Execution System projects from solution project design phase and implementation to deployment as well as post go-live support. You will be responsible for deploying, configuring and testing the solution, managing support to manufacturing sites and could be requested to do small change requests to the application.

Summary Of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Management of client expectations for priority of support issue. L2 L3
• Offering activities of technical assistance to the key users in charge of the deployment of the solution on every site
• Offering activities of technical assistance to the site that have already deployed the solution in production
• Analysing the issues and proposing definitive solutions or workarounds to meet the needs
• In charge of the corrective code necessary to the maintenance activity
• In charge of the management of the application releases and application software deployment
• In charge of change requests into the system
• Performing audits for every site concerned by the support activity from a technical and organizational point of view
• Participating to the improvement of internal tools and process
• Building out knowledge repository for all support queries and fixes

TRAINING

You will go through an intensive training program during your first month to develop your technical skills in implementation of bespoke solutions for manufacturing and logistic execution systems based on DELMIA Apriso products.
