SOFYNE Active Technology seeks a support consultant to deliver global MES/LES solutions from design to deployment and post go-live support. You will deploy, configure and test the solution, support manufacturing sites, and handle small change requests within DELMIA Apriso ecosystems.

Role involves 24/7 shift coverage, training during the first month, and opportunities to grow into a full stack developer or Application Leader for global accounts.

Qualificações

• IT background with SQL, JavaScript and C#.
• Experience with MES/LES/PLM deployments is a plus.
• Willingness to go through an intensive training program.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client expectations for support priorities (L2/L3).
• Provide technical assistance to key users for deployment and production/
• Analyse issues and propose definitive solutions or workarounds.
• Handle corrective code for maintenance activities.
• Manage application releases and software deployments.
• Process change requests in the system.
• Audit sites from technical and organizational perspectives.
• Contribute to internal tool and process improvements.
• Build a knowledge repository for support queries and fixes.
• Provide 24/7 shift support.
