SOFYNE Active Technology seeks a Consultant to deliver global support for MES/LE S and PLM projects, from design through deployment and post-go-live support. You will deploy, configure, and test solutions, manage site support, and handle small change requests.

The role requires IT background with SQL/JavaScript/C# skills, plus knowledge of MES/DELMIA Apriso, and a willingness to do 24/7 shift support. Training and career development opportunities are provided.

Qualificações

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with MES/Manufacturing IT projects is preferred.
• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage priority of support issues and client expectations.
• Provide technical assistance to deployment teams at sites.
• Support production deployments and post-go-live activities.
• Analyze issues and propose definitive solutions/workarounds.
• Handle corrective code for maintenance activities.
• Manage application releases and software deployments.
• Process change requests in the system.
• Audit sites from technical and organizational perspectives.
• Contribute to internal tool/process improvements.
• Build a knowledge base for support queries and fixes.
• Provide 24/7 shift support.
