Job summary

KARDEX PORTUGAL, UNIPESSOAL LDA seeks a Data Steward to ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of master data. You will maintain data and metadata, drive data governance, and support SAP MDG within an international, data-driven environment.

Hybrid role in the Lisbon area or fully remote within Portugal, with opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and data governance enhancements across the SAP ecosystem and data migrations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Management or comparable qualification.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Quality.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, data integration, and ideally SAP MDG.
• Familiar with master data management, data quality, and data governance processes.
• Experience with Python and process automation is a plus.
• Solid understanding of data privacy, compliance, and GDPR requirements.
• English communication at least B2; international collaboration.
• Willing to travel occasionally in a global environment.
