Job summary

Dachser Corporate IT Hub in Porto is seeking an IT professional to contribute to global-scale IT projects and the Digital Workplace portfolio, with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents and Copilot Studio.

You will design, implement and operate Copilot-based solutions, and manage the Microsoft Power Platform environment, including 2nd level support for M365 apps, while shaping roadmaps for Digital Workplace services in a hybrid, international setting.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed academic studies in Information Technology or a comparable discipline, or an equivalent vocational training or qualification, combined with several years of relevant professional IT experience
• Proven competencies in advising and explaining technical solutions and strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, Copilot Studio and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Good market overview and ability to evaluate products from a technical perspective
• Fluent in spoken and written English
