IT House is seeking a Copilot & Power Platform Specialist for a direct placement with an end client in the Transport & Logistics sector, based in Porto. The role focuses on supporting and expanding the Digital Workplace with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform, while delivering second-level M365 support and strategic roadmaps.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field or equivalent professional IT experience.
• Strong ability to explain technical solutions with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, Copilot Studio and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).

Responsabilidades

• - Develop, implement and operate the Microsoft Power Platform environment;

Requirements

• - Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent vocational training combined with several years of relevant professional IT experience;
• - Proven ability to advise on and explain technical solutions, with strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• - Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agents, Copilot Studio and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem;
• - Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse);
• - Good market overview and ability to evaluate products from a technical perspective;
• - Fluent in spoken and written English.
