InnoTech in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join a people-first culture that values growth and learning. You will design and execute comprehensive test plans across functional, integration, E2E and regression areas, ensuring quality across existing and new products.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary Agile teams, identify defects, validate requirements, and help improve testing practices.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (functional, integration, E2E, regression).
• Hands-on testing experience with test automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
• English proficiency is not required by the company, but Portuguese fluency is expected.

Your Mission Will Be

• Designing and executing test analyses and test cases for functional, integration, E2E and regression testing;
• Ensuring software quality by identifying defects and validating requirements across existing and new products;
• Working closely with multidisciplinary Agile teams and stakeholders to gather information, define test scenarios and improve testing practices.

You Will Need

• Strong knowledge in software testing methodologies, including functional, integration, E2E and regression testing;
• Proven experience in hands-on software testing and test automation, using tools such as Selenium and Playwright;
• CPLP nationality or a valid EU work permit;
• Fluency in Portuguese.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related areas;
• Previous experience in Agile environments;
• Experience contributing to the implementation and improvement of test automation practices;
• English proficiency (B2 or above).
