  • Develop a deep understanding of finance processes and business logic to become a subject matter expert for the product area.
  • Participate in workshops with Product and Process Owners to contribute to solution design and process improvements.
  • Contribute to shaping engineering standards, development practices, and the overall technical direction of the product.
  • Ensure all development activities are compliant with corporate governance frameworks, including cybersecurity, data protection, and IT audits.

  • Manage source code and development pipelines using version control and CI/CD practices.

What You Bring

  • Experience working within large, governed corporate environments with exposure to compliance, audit, and change management.
  • Experience with finance, accounting, or FP&A processes is highly desirable.
  • Skills in software development and engineering, including knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), proficiency in Python and SQL, front‑end development, API integration, and debugging to support the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and reliable software solutions.
  • Knowledge of modern methodologies and tools, including Agile and Scrum practices, DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and AWS cloud services to support efficient software development, automation, and reliable solution delivery.
