OSQuay – an iLink Digital Company in Lisbon seeks a Software Architect to lead the migration from OutSystems to a modern React/Node.js stack, defining the target architecture and overseeing a fleet of AI agents. You will own the architectural design, orchestrate AI-driven development, and provide final technical acceptance across waves.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Architect or Senior Full-Stack Engineer.
• Proven production mastery of React, Node.js, and modern cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience directing or orchestrating AI coding agents.
• Strong expertise in REST API integrations and incremental platform migration patterns (Strangler Fig).
• Fluent in English (C1/C2 level) with high autonomy and technical leadership skills.
• Location & Work Model: Hybrid regime (1-2 days per week at the office) in Lisbon, Portugal.

We are looking for a Software Architect to drive a major platform migration from OutSystems to a modern stack using React and Node.js (Vercel, Supabase, GitHub, SonarQube, Sentry, Supabase Auth).

This is an innovative AI Agentic Delivery program: instead of manual coding, you will direct, guide, and review a fleet of AI agents (Claude Code) building the target architecture. You won't be writing bulk code by hand, you will own the architectural design, orchestrate the AI fleet, and give final technical acceptance across phased "Strangler Fig" release waves!

What you will do:

• Design and own the target platform architecture using React, Node.js, Vercel, Supabase Auth, and Sentry.
• Guide and orchestrate a fleet of AI agents (Claude Code), defining architectural rules, code standards, and core technical decisions.
• Design transitional API bridges utilizing the "Strangler Fig" pattern to enable incremental wave go-lives before full data migration.
• Give final technical sign-off and acceptance for each delivery wave prior to production deployment.
• Enforce code quality, security, performance, and data integration standards (ERP, CRM, BI).

What we are looking for:

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Architect or Senior Full-Stack Engineer.
• Proven production mastery of React, Node.js, and modern cloud platforms (Vercel, Supabase, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands‑on experience directing or orchestrating AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent AI‑driven dev tools).
• Strong expertise in REST API integrations and incremental platform migration patterns (Strangler Fig).
• Fluent in English (C1/C2 level) with high autonomy and technical leadership skills.
• Location & Work Model: Hybrid regime (1-2 days per week at the office) in Lisbon, Portugal.

Nice to Have: Background/familiarity with OutSystems (to understand the legacy system), experience in regulated/sensitive data environments (Healthcare, POS, Payments), or TypeScript/React Native.
