Cross Border Talents in Portugal is seeking Italian-speaking professionals to join our Social Media Customer Support team. You will assist customers via social media and digital channels, delivering efficient solutions and excellent experiences. Training in Lisbon begins in August or September depending on availability.

The role requires eligibility to work in Portugal and the ability to work in Lisbon. A 12-month renewable contract, 40-hour weeks, and relocation assistance are provided along

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian (written and spoken) required.
• English level B1/B2 or higher.
• Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

About the Position

We are looking for Italian-speaking professionals with strong communication skills to join our Social Media Customer Support team. In this role, you will assist customers through social media and digital channels, providing efficient solutions while ensuring an excellent customer experience. The training program in Lisbon starts in August or September depending on your availability to start.
