Tavrion Dynamics in Lisbon is seeking a fluent Italian-speaking Social Media Advisor to support customers through social media and digital channels, resolve questions, and deliver outstanding customer experience.

You’ll join an international team with 40 hours/week, a 12-month contract with renewal potential, relocation support, flight ticket reimbursement, comprehensive health insurance, free Portuguese language classes, full training, and career development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian, spoken and written.

• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.

Are you a fluent Italian speaker with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service?

Join our international Social Media Advisor team in Lisbon, with positions starting in September & October. You’ll support customers through social media and digital channels, resolve their questions, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and available to work in Lisbon.

What You’ll Do

• Resolve enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions.

• Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.

What We’re Looking For

Salary

Without Company Accommodation: €1,366.17 gross/month + performance bonus (to be disclosed).
