The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, has proven experience supervising teams, and excels at leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a dynamic industrial environment with a strong focus

• Lead the maintenance of facilities, equipment, and technical infrastructure, ensuring operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and optimal system performance;
• Drive energy efficiency initiatives by monitoring consumption, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting sustainability and renewable energy projects;
• Manage maintenance service providers and contracts, ensuring service quality and adherence to agreed performance standards;
• Support budget planning and cost control, identifying opportunities to improve operational and financial efficiency;
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements, promoting sustainable practices and supporting ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards;
• Coordinate space optimization, relocation, and refurbishment projects to meet evolving business needs;
• Monitor and analyze facilities and energy KPIs, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
