agap2 industria is seeking a Site Manager to oversee medium and high-end construction projects in the Coimbra area. The role focuses on coordinating utility-scale solar PV work, ensuring on-time delivery within budget, and maintaining health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Electrical or Renewable Energy Engineering, display strong leadership and communication skills, and be willing to travel to project sites in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management, budgeting, scheduling, and site coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Valid authorization to work in the European Union.

Responsabilidades

• Manage utility-scale and commercial Solar PV projects.
• Plan, supervise, and monitor all construction phases to meet schedule and budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, environmental regulations, and Health & Safety standards.
• Review and approve engineering drawings and documentation.
• Monitor material, equipment, and installation quality.
• Report project progress and identify risks with corrective actions.
• Serve as main contact between client, engineering teams and site personnel.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the execution of utility-scale and commercial Solar PV projects.
• Plan, supervise, and monitor all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, environmental regulations, and Health & Safety standards.
• Review and approve engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Monitor the quality of materials, equipment, and installation works.
• Report project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Act as the main point of contact between the client, engineering teams, and site personnel.
