agap2 indústria in Portugal is expanding its steel structures team and is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site installation of steel structures, roofing and cladding systems on national and international projects.

The ideal candidate has a civil or mechanical engineering background, proven site leadership and the ability to coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and on-site teams while maintaining HSE and quality standards. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering.
• Proven experience managing installation of steel structures, roofing and cladding.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and on-site construction activities.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• Availability to travel and work on project sites.
• Valid authorization to work in the European Union.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the execution of steel structure installation works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving technical or operational issues.
• Coordinate with engineering, production and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare site reports and monitor project planning, costs and deadlines.
