The ideal profile is hands-on, pragmatic and solution-oriented, with the ability to anticipate challenges, make decisions and drive the project forward from planning to delivery, in a dynamic on-site environment.

• Lead the operational management and execution of the project.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Anticipate and resolve operational challenges, ensuring the project remains on track.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across all parties involved.
• Report directly to the Operations Director and CEO.

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• University degree in Engineering or a relevant field;
• Solid experience in Project Management, ideally within industrial, EPC, engineering or construction environments;
• Proven experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders;
• Strong multidisciplinary coordination and stakeholder management skills;
• Excellent planning, organization and follow-up capabilities;
• Ability to anticipate risks, solve problems and make effective decisions;
• High level of maturity, resilience and ability to work under pressure;
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability;
• Results-oriented mindset.
