agap2 indústria is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the construction of a utility-scale solar power plant in Central Alentejo, Portugal. You will represent the Owner on-site, coordinate EPC contractors and ensure progress aligns with schedule, quality, and safety requirements.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's), proven site management experience, and strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Owner's Representative on large-scale solar PV projects.
• Strong understanding of civil works, construction planning and site coordination.
• Knowledge of surveying and earthworks is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Availability to work on-site in Central Alentejo.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the Owner on-site throughout the construction phase of a utility-scale solar PV project.
• Coordinate and oversee the activities of EPC contractors and subcontractor.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with schedule, quality, HSE and technical requirements.
• Coordinate the interface between all construction disciplines and key stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues, ensuring the successful delivery of the project.
